Update from Canadian Linen & Uniform Service on Coronavirus (COVID-19) Concerns

Canadian Linen & Uniform Service is dedicated to the safety and well-being of our employees, our clients and customers, and our community. As a valued partner, I want to assure you we are taking all appropriate measures to respond appropriately during a health crisis like the one that is rapidly-evolving with Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We also have established a corporate-wide Global Pandemic Plan led by our Aramark Response Committee (ARC) in coordination with our Safety and Risk Control Organization. Additionally, we have Pandemic Preparedness and Disaster Recovery Plans specific to our Uniforms businesses in Canada.

In addition to the corporate support team, we have also established a communication protocol within Canadian Linen & Uniform Service where our customers can email us at CL_Coronavirus_Hotline@canadianlinen.com to promptly address concerns and respond with pace as we continue to monitor the situation. If you have Canadian Linen & Uniform Service product that came into contact with COVID-19, please isolate the soil and email us. The local Canadian Linen & Uniform Service team will then contact you directly to coordinate a soil pickup following our special handling procedures.

I assure you that Canadian Linen & Uniform Service is prepared to work with your team and shares your vigilance to address any and all issues associated with the outbreak of the Coronavirus.

As always, thank you for your trust and partnership.

Sincerely,

Andrew Steiner
